During the second phase of eLearning there will be Technical Support for parents/ students.

Enter a Ticket and someone in Curriculum and/ or IT will assist.

Please follow these steps:

1.  Go to http://help.ycdsb.ca/vle and click on Submit a Ticket button.
2.  Choose the appropriate category and submit category.
