Our community’s response to Project Lenten Outreach was spectacular! Our community partners and our families provided an abundance of toiletries, personal care items, hygiene products, undergarments, clothing and other necessities in support of our local friends and families in need.
During Lent, we are called to consider the challenges faced by those less fortunate, and we are asked to reach out in the greatest or least way possible. Our efforts served to provide relief to numerous families, many of whom are composed of young, school aged children. Many thanks to our community’s response, generosity and compassion. As our Lenten journey continues to lead us to Easter, we take every opportunity to enter into prayer, support those around us, and offer our help to others.
