Every Tuesday and Friday our staff and senior student mentors support our students with exceptional needs as they engage and participate in activities which promote group dynamics, sport, play and recreation.
Did you know? – Only 56% of children and youth living with physical and cognitive disabilities are participating in sport, play and recreation compared to 87% of those living without disabilities.
Through Jays Care we promote equity and accessibility for our students with exceptional needs. The programs that are adaptive to student needs. Our gym is always full on Challenger Baseball days. Fun is had by all!
